Supporting Sensitive and “Starseed” Children

If you spend time in the spiritual or metaphysical world, you’ve probably heard the word starseed.
I remember the first time it crossed my path—it felt like a nudge from the universe.
As I read about the traits, I thought, Maybe that’s me…maybe not. Who really knows?
In the end, I realized that labels matter far less than our ability to tap into inner wisdom and find our own truth.

Recently curiosity led me to schedule a starseed reading for my 13-year-old daughter.
She has always seemed unusually sensitive and creative:
quiet, observant, deeply intuitive and telepathic, unsettled by loud sounds, and often bewildered by the social world’s noise and pace.
The reading described her soul essence as originating from Sirius and referred to her as a “Diamond Child.”
I had never heard that term before, yet the description resonated with what I’ve witnessed in her.

As I began researching, I realized that many of the young clients I coach share similar qualities
highly creative, inwardly focused, and sometimes hesitant to engage socially.
They feel deeply and often need extra grounding to feel comfortable in their own bodies.

One day while driving, I sensed a clear inner message:
“You’ve already been supporting these starseed children.
It’s time to speak the language that helps parents find you.
These kids are here with big purposes, and they need help grounding to the earth. You can help them anchor into their bodies”

That moment affirmed what my heart already knew: my work is to help sensitive children—and their parents—cultivate presence, embodiment, and confidence, so they can bring their gifts into this world.

Does your child feel overwhelmed by the noise of the world—struggling to settle, highly creative, or unusually intuitive?

Whether they’ve been identified with ADHD, autism, or simply have a deep sensitivity, these qualities can be signs of a unique spirit that needs extra care and grounding.

I offer free consultations for parents who are looking for guidance in how to assist their child feel secure, embodied, and ready to share their gifts.
