During the ages of 9-12, children are awakening to their mental, physical and energetic selves. This can be challenging as they navigate through growth spurts, hormone changes, feeling emotions more deeply, and craving peer acceptance. During their early years they live naturally in the present moment and now they start to focus on the past and future, which can leave their energy feeling stuck or scattered.
This fun, calming class helps children reconnect with their bodies and the present moment so they can feel steady, centered, and confident from the inside out.
Through gentle movement, playful exercises, and short guided visualizations, your child will learn how to:
- Ground their energy when they feel overwhelmed
- Feel strong, supported, and connected to their body
- Use breath and movement to calm their mind
- Express and release emotions in healthy ways
This class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and imagination to make grounding feel natural and enjoyable. Kids will finish class feeling relaxed, clear, and glowing from within.
