Qigong Self-Massage and Cacao/Tea Ceremony

Join us for a restorative winter self-care gathering.
In Taoist tradition, winter is the season of deep rest and inner reset. It’s a yin time, perfect for slowing down, tending to your self-care needs, and preparing for the rising yang energy of spring.

Sharon will guide you through a nourishing Qigong self-massage practice designed to melt tension, clear old stagnation, and send loving care to your body.

Afterward, we’ll share a cup of ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine that invites presence and gentle expansion. Tea will be available if that feels better for you. Together, we’ll use this warm drink as an anchor for meditation and heart-centered intention.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and aligned with your own winter rhythm

Fee $22
