Helping Sensitive and Neurodivergent Teens Build Confidence, Emotional Balance, and Self-Trust
Many sensitive and neurodivergent teens feel misunderstood in a world that wasn't designed with their unique needs in mind. They may struggle with overwhelm, anxiety, friendships, self-confidence, emotional regulation, or simply feeling like they don't fit in.
My heart-centered coaching provides a supportive space where teens can feel seen, understood, and empowered to embrace their unique strengths while learning practical tools for navigating life with greater confidence and ease.
